As is the case with so many Spanish specialties, there is no fixed Sangria
recipe. It consists of 'a little bit of this, a little bit of that' - and whatever fruits happen to be in the kitchen.
That said, at Frantastic Paella we're offering some exciting variations on this drink. Because the success of any mixture will depend on the quality of these ingredients, we always use good red or white wine, fresh fruit and good quality organic juices. We serve our Sangra ice-cold whereever possible, depending on your location and electricity supply.
- Traditional Red Wine Sangria - Red wine, soda, mixed fruits
- Party Red Wine Sangria - Red wine, brandy, orange juice, fresh fruit & lemonade
- White Wine, Peach and Orange Sangria - White wine, Triple Sec, peach brandy, oranges, ginger ale and fresh fruit
- White Sangria - apple juice, apple cider, fresh fruit, mint and cinnamon
- Citrus Sangria with a kick - red wine, Cointreau, brandy, orange, lemon and limes, soda
- Strong Sangria - over 18s only! - Red Wine, gin, vodka, brandy, Cider, oranges, lemons and peaches
