Additional staff will be provided for parties over 50 – and costs for this will be by negotiation with you, depending on your function requirements.

No Frills Paella Package
Any of the Paella Choices but with no additions! Just me and the Paella - no staff, salad, bread or desserts and no extras.
I will need your help to unload, set up and pack away – there is some heavy equipment to move in and out. I will come, cook the Paella, serve, clear up and go. Minimum 40 people.
